A social worker takes on the case of Ming-Ming, a mentally disabled young woman recently orphaned after her remaining parent is killed in a car accident. With the help of her social worker, Ming-Ming is admitted into a home for people with special needs, where the kind head of the home, Mr. Chan, takes a liking to the young lady. As Ming-Ming's situation seems to brighten up, a serial rapist terrorizes the building where the shelter is located, his M.O... women in red. One night, he suddenly sets his sights on Ming-Ming, and a horrific ordeal ensues.
