Delivery Information

 We usually send out orders placed before 1pm (GMT) the same day but please allow 2 working days for dispatch.

UK customers can choose between Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48. Tracked 24 aims for next working day delivery and Tracked 48 aims to deliver in two working days

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked which aims to deliver to Europe within 3 to 5 working days and to the rest of the world in within 5 to 7 working days.

Sometimes we will upgrade to a courier at our discretion depending on size and value.

Items are sent securely packaged and for added protection we recommend keeping the don't add “Don’t add bubblewrap inside DVD case” unchecked or the “Do not break seal on record” box unchecked (see the "What happens if my order arrives damaged?" section of the FAQ ).

Although most orders arrive on time delays do happen do to circumstances beyond our control. Please allow up to 10 working days in the UK, up to 20 working days for Europe and up to 25 working days for the rest of the world, for your order to arrive
