Returns Policy
If you wish to start a return please complete a return request here within 14 days of receiving your goods.
If your item item is damaged or faulty please we will issue a return postage label and upon receipt of the faulty and/or damaged item we will send a replacement if available or issue a full refund.
If your item item is neither faulty or damaged you will be responsible for the return postage costs. When we receive the item back in the condition in which it was received (i.e. unused) we will issue a refund for the cost of the item only.
If your item has been used or is not faulty but incompatible with your equipment e.g wrong region code or format) you may submit a return request but the way that we handle such requests is at our discretion.
