Nancy Evans is delighted with her sister's birthday present: a huge floor lamp. But from that moment on, absolute horror reigns in her once idyllic home. A chainsaw terrorizes the family, the housekeeper is found dead, and Nancy's youngest daughter discovers her fascination with the occult and bloody games. What no one knows: the gift came from the infamous house in Amityville. Is this lamp the breeding ground for the horror? Only one person suspects the terrible connections,
but he is 3,000 miles away, in Amityville. A group of fearless ministers are trying to banish the satanic forces in the abandoned mansion forever with crucifixes and prayers. At first, the power of exorcism seems to have triumphed, but evil doesn't give up and demands more and more human victims.
