But if you consider the album as a whole, Discoteca Sudamericana’ is way richer in grooves and features some slamming dancefloor killers such as ‘Super Cat’, ‘Liza & Brooks’ and ‘Vendo Mango’, to name just a few.

Les Chakachas is an astonishing Belgian ensemble of Caucasian musicians with an extraordinary sense of groove. The cherry on top is the featuring of Tito Puente’s wife on vocals, who grants a ’real deal’ latin soul vibe to the recording.
