After spending years in a man-made hell, a young nurse documents in her diary a time in her past that she’d rather forget. During WWII, the nurse was assigned to Unit 731, a clandestine Japanese biological research facility where she witnessed brutal human experiments on prisoners of war—all in the name of science. This nurse witnessed flesh being torn from bone, autopsies being performed on the living, plague being injected into healthy people, and that was unfortunately just the tip of the iceberg for what this nurse witnessed.
