It's the debut full-length CD from Monster Wave, an Asheville, NC based surf and instro rock combo. They have go-go grooves, melodic guitars and a rhythmic beat that will get you twistin' and stompin' into the night! Lead guitarist, and primary songwriter Casey Willis has a knack for coming up with well crafted songs that vary from upbeat, more traditional surf, to spookier themes that could almost be lumped in with The Ghastly Ones and The Nebulas. Adding to the sinister vibe is Moog Synthesizer and Theremin played by Brett Spivey, guitar solo by Michael Seng, and other guest musicians that provide sax and keyboard. The artwork was done by the always-amazing Grey Haas!
