A young boy, Matthias, lives with his parents and sister. One day, his father, digging in the garden, finds a small chest containing a strange ancient book and some vials containing a yellowish liquid. Matthias reads the book about Premutos, not believing a word it says. He also spreads the strange liquid from one of the vials on the wound he inflicted on his penis while playing soccer. Infected by this strange substance, he begins to have horrific visions of death and destruction from various eras, wrought by this monstrous being, a kind of superpowered zombie, who is Premutos.
