A disc containing a program that can be used to create counterfeit money that looks deceptively real was stolen and auctioned off to the highest bidder. The three cops Carrie, Ben and Kurt want to get the disk back and at the same time lure Gilman, a ruthless businessman and mafia boss, out of his reserve to bring him down. But the operation fails and Ben is killed. Together with undercover agent Fred, the remaining cops want to avenge Ben, but then Carrie is kidnapped. When Fred's cover is blown, he and Kurt resign from the police force and take the law into their own hands to bring Gilman down.
